All Saints': Preauthorized Donations

Donating by Preauthorized monthly bank transfers -
"PAR" - Pre-Authorized Remittance: Each month, at mid-month, an amount (preauthorized by you) is transferred from your bank account to the parish's bank account. A simple method to start, change or stop. It implements the Old Testament's "first fruits" ideal, helps the parish treasurer to plan, and can be a very convenient way for you to support All Saints' and its ministries.

To start donating monthly by PAR:

Decide how much you wish to donate each month by PAR

Print out this PAR form: printable PAR form,
or get a PAR form from a greeter at church

Fill out and sign the form

Write VOID across a cheque from your account, and attach or enclose it with the form

Send the form and your voided cheque to the church office:

Attention: Envelope Secretary
317 Chapel Street
Ottawa, Ontario K1N 7Z2

Or, put the form and cheque in an envelope and give it to a greeter, or put it in the collection plate..

To change the amount, or to stop donating by PAR, the process only needs to be repeated to get the new instructions to your bank.
