Saints' Support: Weddings
All Saints'
provides a
beautiful setting for a traditional church wedding. Clear sight lines,
good acoustics, and seating for up to 300 are available, along with a
wonderful organ, church bells, a piano and space for a choir or a small
music ensemble
of your choice.
Usually, the clergy and music
director of All Saints' officiate at the wedding; but with
their consent,
other arrangements are possible. Although we see many advantages for
the couple to be part of our parish, this is not a
requirement.
Picking
the Date of your Wedding
It
is good to start planning with the clergy at least six months
before your tentative date. There is a course that needs to be fitted
into the preparations for your marriage, and your other preparations
may need even more lead time. You will have the opportunity to make new
friends in the parish, friends that may last more than a lifetime!
